Comprehensive Evaluation of the Economic Activities of Power Grid Enterprises based on ICWME

Based on the complicated environment of the current electric power marketization reform and the policy requirements of improving the quality and efficiency of state-owned enterprises, we selected the power grid enterprises as the research object in this paper. Simultaneously, the evaluation for economic activities of them is also studied. On the basis of the full consideration of their characteristics, a comprehensive evaluation indicator system of economic activity is constructed. The comprehensive evaluation for economic activities of the power grid enterprises is conducted based on the improved combined weighting matter-element model (ICWME). The real example analysis shows that the improved model can effectively improve the reliability of evaluation results. The scientific comprehensive evaluation for economic activities of power grid enterprises is achieved, which can provide scientific direction guidance and method guidance for future development planning of enterprises.
