The largest energy consumers in Ukraine continues to be enterprises of construction sector, which employs more than 50% of the produced energy. Therefore, from the standpoint of the strategy of sustainable development and rational use of material and energy resources and increase of energy efficiency of construction enterprises, it is necessary to carry out a corresponding economic substantiation of the energy saving strategy.
