Wood ear drying method

The wood ear drying method comprises the following steps of thoroughly cleaning wood ears, removing impurities, placing the cleaned wood ears without the impurities in salt water of which the mass concentration is 10%, and performing electrolysis at the condition of 80-90V for 10-15 minutes; airing the electrolyzed wood ears until water does not exist on the surfaces of the aired wood ears; and drying the aired wood ears under the microwave power of 220-250W until the dry basis moisture content is 12-13%. The wood ears processed by the drying method disclosed by the invention are black brown in wood ear slices, have gloss, are grey in backs, and are short in drying time, and a drying process can be completed only within 12-13 minutes; and during drying, the phenomenon that the wood ears are cracked is avoided, the dried wood ears are high in rehydration properties, and when the dried wood ears are soaked in cold water for 22-26 minutes, the size of the soaked wood ears can be expanded to 4-4.5 times of the original size, so that the soaking and expanding time is greatly shortened.
