Investigation of health education to type2 diabetes patients with overweight and obesity in clinic HUANG

Objective To investigate health education method in type2 diabetes patients with overweight and obesity.Methods 58 type2 diabetes patients with overweight and obesity were randomly divide into intensive education(n=30)group and routine education group(n=28),to retrospectively analyze the health education data and compare the education effect of two groups.Results Body weight,waist circumference,body mass index,fasting blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels declined in intensive education.the differences were all statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusions By intensive education,diet control,exercise,weight loss,body indexes of type2 diabetes patients with overweight and obesity are improved obviously.The nursing intervention achieves good effect.
