The invention discloses a multifunctional physiological monitoring device which comprises a blood oxygen saturation module, a blood pressure module, an electrocardio-module, an Advanced RISC Machine 9 (ARM9) processor and a liquid crystal display (LCD). The blood oxygen saturation module, the blood pressure module and the electrocardio-module are connected with the ARM9 processor through serial port lines respectively, and the ARM9 processor is connected with the LCD display through the Video Graphics Array (VGA) interface of the ARM9 processor. The multifunctional physiological monitoring device is provided with a clear and intuitional user display interface, three physiological parameters including blood pressure, electrocardio and blood oxygen saturation parameters of a human body are monitored accurately in real time, moreover, the multifunctional physiological monitoring device can be networked with hospital equipment, and all monitoring information is transmitted to a hospital information managing system for realizing remote real-time monitoring, so that the instantaneity, effectiveness and safety of anesthesia are further improved.
