Avaliações alternativas em ambiente digital: em busca de um novo modelo teório-prático

A tematica central deste artigo refere-se as concepcoes e aos processos de avaliacao da aprendizagem que, sob influencia das novas tecnologias de informacao e comunicacao, possibilitam a pratica de avaliacoes digitais. A questao norteadora da pesquisa esteve centrada nas possibilidades de realizacao de avaliacoes alternativas em ambiente on-line, para alem dos modelos convencionais psicometricos, buscando uma aproximacao com um novo conceito para o processo avaliativo: o de modelos edumetricos. O corpus da pesquisa centrou-se na analise do processo e do sistema avaliativo de um curso de formacao continuada de professores da educacao basica, realizado em ambiente virtual de aprendizagem. Autores como Porto (2005), Pinto (2016) e Amante (2017) foram utilizados para fundamentacao dos estudos. A analise baseou-se no modelo teorico PrACT (Praticabilidade, Autenticidade, Consistencia e Transparencia), desenvolvido por professores pesquisadores da Universidade Aberta de Portugal. A pesquisa tem abordagem qualitativa por meio do estudo de caso descritivo, tendo como fontes de estudo de campo documentos institucionais e o proprio ambiente virtual do curso analisado. Como resultado, constatou-se a multiplicidade de alternativas de tarefas avaliativas realizadas de modo digital. Pela analise do modelo PrACT, identificou-se a utilizacao das dimensoes da praticabilidade, da autenticidade e da consistencia em maior grau no modelo do curso, assim como a necessidade de se repensar a dimensao da transparencia. Concluiu-se que o curso se aproxima consideravelmente do paradigma edumetrico e do modelo PrACT, sendo possivel realizar adequacoes. Palavras-chave: Avaliacao digital. Educacao on-line. Abstract The main theme of this article refers to the conceptions and to the evaluation processes of apprenticeship, which, under the influence of the new information and communication technologies make possible the practice of digital assessments. The leading question of this research was centered on the possibilities of making alternative assessments on an online environment, beyond the psychometrical conventional models, looking for an approximation to a new concept for the evaluation process: the one of ‘Edu-metric’ models. The research corpus was centered on the analysis of the process and of the assessment system of a course of continuous training for teachers of Basic education, which happened on a virtual learning environment. Authors as Porto (2005), Pinto (2016) e Amante (2017) were used for the studies rationale. The analysis was based on the theoretical model PrACT (Practicability, authenticity, consistency and transparency), developed by the Researcher Professors of Portugal Open University. The research has a qualitative approach through the study of a descriptive case, having as resources field studies, institutional documents and the own virtual environment of the course which was analyzed. As a result, it was found the multiplicity of alternatives of assessment tasks made on a digital mode. By the analysis of the PrACT model, it was identified the use of the dimensions of practicability, authenticity, consistency in a major degree on the course model, as the necessity of re-thinking the transparency dimension. It was concluded that the courses approximates considerably of the Edu- metric paradigm and of PrACT model, being possible to make adaptations. Keywords: Digital Assessment. PrACT model.
