The aluminum alloy profile steel ring material is characterized by being composed of, by weight percentage, 0.2%-0.6% of Si, 0.1%-0.5% of Fe, 0.15%-0.25% of Cu, 0.05% of Mn, 0.45%-0.9% of Mg, 0.05%-0.1% of Cr and the balance Al. The aluminum alloy profile steel ring material is not likely to crack in the stretching process and capable of being firmly welded, has the beneficial effects of being small in density and high in mechanical performance and is suitable for manufacturing of steel rings.
