Роль дисбаланса макрои микроэлементов в патогенезе железодефицитной анемии беременных

2009
Women with a low content of iron at the beginning of pregnancy are at risk of developing iron-deficiency anemia. It has been shown that disbalance of macroand microelement metabolism is accompanied by a significant decrease in the concentration of essential substances (Cu, Fe, Zn, Mg, Ca) and selective accumulation of toxic elements (Сd, Pb) in the pathogenesis of pregnant women with iron-deficiency anemia. Anti-anemia therapy with the control of macroand microelement metabolism should be done in women at risk during the period of their pregnancy planning.
