Allogeneic bone marrow transplantation for autoimmune disease: 2 cases report with literature review

Objective:To report 2 cases of autoimmune disease after bone marrow transplantation and subsequently evaluate its efficacy and safety. A review of literature was presented.Method:Case report and literature review.Result:After allogeneic bone marrow transplantation, 2 Cases of patients suffered from systemic lupus erythematosus and ankylosing spondylitis remitted for 126 and 44 months respectively. The allogeneic bone marrow were stably engrafted in long-term.Conclusion:Autoimmune disease could be cured or remitted in long-term by allogeneic bone marrow transplantation.
