Levantamiento de procesos de la fábrica de calzado Cáceres para la elaboración de un manual de procesos, requisito para la certificación del sistema de gestión de calidad bajo la norma Iso 9001:2000

Industria Ecuatoriana de Calzado Caceres, was born 48 years ago with the initiative of his founding Heriberto Caceres in the city of Quito, in order to produce and sell footwear and accessories. The company, in order to extend the possibilities of success on international markets and in consensus with the executives of the organization, has decided to applied the System of Management of the Quality’s requirements by focusing in the ISO 9001 Procedure. In order to elaborate the Process manual there was realized a recognition and raising of the information in the organization by interviews to the personnel, technologies (skills) of observation and check list.
