Quinocetone hapten as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a quinocetone hapten as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The quinocetone hapten has a structural formula shown by a formula I in the specification. The quinocetone hapten is used for immunizing animals after coupling protein, so that a specific antibody aiming at quinocetone or quinocetone metabolites can be obtained and can be used for quickly detecting residues of quinocetone and a main metabolite namely desoxyquinocetone thereof in an animal product. The quinocetone hapten provided by the invention provides a new material basis for establishing a quick, simple, convenient, low-cost, sensitive and specific method for screening the quinocetone and the main metabolite namely desoxyquinocetone thereof.
