Treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis by reduction and internal fixation with RF pedicle screw spinal system combined with bone graft fusion and spinal canal reconstruction.

Objective:To observe the effects of reduction and internal fixation with RF pedicle screw spinal system combined with bone graft fusion and spinal canal reconstruction on lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods:98 adult patients with lumbar slippage above levelⅠand obvious lower extremity symptoms underwent internal fixation with RF pedicle screw spinal system combined with bone graft fusion and spinal canal reconstruction.Results:All patients were followed up for 6 to 36 months with an average of 16 months.By the end,all the bone graft between vertebras fused well.Neither spinal canal stenosis nor rupture and loosening of internal fixation were found in all cases.Conclusion:Reduction and internal fixation with RF pedicle screw spinal system combined with bone graft fusion and spinal canal reconstruction is an effective method for treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.
