On the Inspiration Mechanism for Young Teachers in Private Higher Institutions

Flow of teachers,especially young teachers,is a severe problem and a critical factor in limiting the survival and further development in private higher institutions.The unscientific inspiration mechanism and unsound management system discourage the young teachers to a great extent.Considering inspiration principle and the characteristics of young teachers,private higher institutions can adopt multi-layer and multi-angle inspiriting measures to stimulate young teachers to do their best.
