The invention relates to a method for extracting silkworm pupa oil by utilizing an ultrasonic assisted aqueous enzymatic method. According to the method, silkworm pupa powder is taken as a raw material, and fast release of grease is promoted by applying the ultrasonic action during the enzymolysis process of silkworm pupae. The extraction method comprises the following steps: preparing a suspension from the silkworm pupa powder, adding protease, then placing in an ultrasonic water bath to perform enzymolysis, centrifugating after the end of enzymolysis, collecting an oil layer, dehydrating and then obtaining the yellow and transparent silkworm pupa oil. The method provided by the invention has the characteristics of simple operation, high extraction rate of the grease and easiness in industrial production and the like, and the obtained product is in line with the requirements of food industry.
