流感病毒A/FM/47(H1N1)血凝素基因克隆、序列分析

Objective To clone the hemagglutinin (HA) gene from influenza A (H1N1). Method HA gene was amplified using specific primers and RT-PCR according to the sequence published on Genbank. The amplified fragment was cloned into pMD18-T vector for sequence analysis. Result The cloned HA gene shared 98% nucleotide sequence homology with the other H1N1 subtypes. Conclusion The results confirmed the high frequency of recombination of the influnenza A virus genome and the high level of genetic variation variation of Influenza A.
