Method for preparing carbon black from coal

The invention relates to a method for preparing carbon black from coal, and belongs to the technical field of carbon black. The method comprises the following steps of: screening raw coal serving as a raw material to remove non-coal impurities in advance, feeding into a combustion reaction furnace, reacting, adding a small amount of rosin or beeswax or asphalt, and reacting; collecting a powdered carbon black source generated by combustion in the combustion reaction furnace; and separating, adding a reinforcing agent, and starting a machine for kneading to prepare the carbon black. The carbon black is prepared from the coal, so that the problem about coal treatment is solved, environmental pollution caused by burning the coal is avoided, energy required by the reaction can be provided by burning the raw material, the coal-based carbon black has a high specific surface area, a reticular branched structure, high surface activity and a large number of active sites with chemical bonds, so the requirement of a modern rubber product on high performance can be met; a fuel used for providing reaction heat is saved, and the production cost of the carbon black is reduced; and the method for preparing the carbon black is simple and practicable and high in preparation efficiency.
