Progress research of biomarkers on prediction of preeclampsia

Preeclampsia(PE) is one of the main reasons in the morbidity and mortality of fetus and maternal.Due to its lack of effective treatment, termination of pregnancy is the only effective treatment method for PE, so the biomarkers in predict and diagnose of PE is very important. In the past decade, the biomarkers had played an important role in the prediction, diagnosis and treatment of PE by the study of the pathogenesis. This paper summarizes the latest and the most likely biomarkers for clinical diagnosis and treatment, now summarized below. Key words: Preeclampsia; Biomarkers; Prediction
