FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of artificial mineral waters. The effervescent mineral complex contains the following components, g: 0.1 -0.2 of calcium carbonate, 0.05-0.8 of sodium chloride 0.0001-0.0008 of potassium iodide, 0.0004-0.004 of sodium bromide, 0.02-0.150 of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 0.01-0.25 of anhydrous magnesium sulphate, 0.5-1.5 of anhydrous citric acid and 1.5-3.0 of sodium carbonate. The complex represents an effervescent tablet or granule, failing to contain synthetic components of organic origin. EFFECT: invention enables elimination of the chemical aftertaste and foam which is generated in the process of water mineralisation ie to improve the organoleptic indices; besides, using one dose of the effervescent mineral complex one can mineralise 200 ml of water with the required mineralisation level maintained. 2 ex
