Application of computational fluid dynamics in the Formula One

This paper discussed that the aerodynamics of F1 was enhanced by optimizing the figure of F1 cars by using of CFD. The results indicated that by use of CFD,the simulative computation of several (projects) of F1 can be finished in a short period,the relation of the aerodynamics and the figure of car and the research of maneuvering,air yawp and so on were gained.
