Research of Motivation Problems in Agent Construction System of China’s Non-Profit Government Investment Project Based on Self-Determination Theory

Agent Construction System can be helpful in solving problems in traditional construction patterns of China’s government investment projects. Yet it itself has certain weaknesses. Effective motivation mechanism may make up for those deficiencies. However, it has rarely been mentioned in researches of Agent Construction System of China’s non-profit government investment projects. This paper tries to put forward specific solutions through analyzing motivation problems in Agent Construction System based on theory, so that Agent Construction System can work better in China’s non-profit government investment projects.
