Clinical Analysis of 119 Cases of SLE with Cardiovascular Damage

Objective To inquire the situation of the SLE with cardiovascular damage. Methods Clinical induced analysis was completed in 119 patients of SLE with cardiovascular damage.Results Cardiovascular system could involved in any region.pericarditis was the first,cardiomegaly was the next.Raynaud's phenomenon was common in damage of peripheral vessels.Conclusion Cardiovascular abnormality was commonly discovered by electro-cardiogram and color ultrasonic, more than one organ damages were found in all patients except 7 cases.
