[Current status and future of in vitro gene therapy for tissue and organ regeneration--overview].

: In vivo gene therapy for regenerative medicine is theoretically of easy technique and has many target genes and cells, but is accompanied by difficulty. At present it is only vascular regeneration for which its clinical usefulness is expected.
