Manual emergency operation device and method for internal-expansion locking cylinder

The invention discloses a manual emergency operation device and method for an internal-expansion locking cylinder. The device comprises a relief stop valve (1), a first manual pump (2), an isolating stop valve (3), a first oil port (4), an accumulator (5), a pressure meter (6), a second oil port (7), a third oil port (8), a hydraulic pipeline (9), a fourth oil port (10), a fifth oil port (11), a second manual pump (12), a one-way valve (13),a three-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve (14), a sixth oil port (15), and a seventh oil port (16). An oil outlet of the first manual pump (2), the first oil port (4), the accumulator (5), the pressure meter (6), an oil port of the isolating stop valve (3), and an oil port of the relief stop valve (1) are communicated in pairs through a hydraulic pipeline. By the use of the manual emergency operation device and method, a piston rod of the internal-expansion locking cylinder can extend out or retract for emergency.
