Man, as the producer, is an indispensable component of the production process beause without him, without his skill and his motoric abilities, no production process could take place; consequently, at each stage of the development of our civilisation the need existed for the proper adjustment of the human motor apparatus and of peoples’ motoric skills to the needs and tasks connected with the development of the productive forces that had been achieved.
