The invention belongs to the field of ship engineering, and provides a high-potential metallic seawater pipeline welding seat plate with a composite structure. The welding seat plate comprises a welding seat plate body and a sealing ring assembly, wherein the sealing ring assembly is sleeved in a fluid passage of the welding seat plate body; the welding seat plate body is concentric with the sealing ring assembly; the welding seat plate body is connected with a low-potential metallic hull structure; the sealing ring assembly is connected with a high-potential metallic pipeline; the welding seat plate body is made of a low-potential metal; and the sealing ring assembly is made of a high-potential metal. The welding seat plate is simple in structure and convenient to use, can structurally ensure that a high-conductivity medium is not simultaneously in contact with the high-potential metal and the low-potential metal, and thoroughly solves the problem of electrochemical corrosion.
