Method for recovering metallic copper in waste circuit board powder through mechanochemical method

2017
The invention discloses a method for recovering metallic copper in a waste circuit board powder through a mechanochemical method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) taking the waste circuitboard powder and solid potassium persulfate as raw materials, and carrying out a mechanochemical reaction through ball-milling; then directly leaching the reacted solid powder by taking water as a solvent to obtain a leachate containing copper element, wherein grinding balls used for the ball-milling treatment are zirconium oxide balls, the mass ratio of the grinding balls to the raw materials is20: 1 to 100: 1, and the ball-milling treatment process is carried out by being controlled under a rotational speed of 100-500rpm; (2) adjusting the pH value of the obtained leachate by alkali to obtain a copper hydroxide precipitate product, thereby recovering the metallic copper in the waste circuit board powder. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the parameter conditions and the like of the overall process flow and each process step of the recovery method are improved, and compared with the prior art, the use of a strong acid leaching agent can be avoided, so that the problem of environmental pollution of acidic waste water or alkaline waste water is effectively solved.
