Surface coating technology of silicon carbide particle reinforced aluminium-based composite

The invention discloses a surface coating technology of a silicon carbide particle reinforced aluminium-based composite. The surface coating technology comprises the following steps: removing oil by using a solvent, chemically degreasing, coarsening, activating, chemically nickeling, removing a film, activating the surface of a nickel plating layer, carrying out follow-up electroplating and the like. The surface coating technology can be used for successfully solving the problem through the optimal combination of technological parameters in the steps that as a silicon carbide aluminum base and a coating of a conventional coating material are poor combined with each other, the phenomena such as surface bubbling, cracking and coating falling easily occur in the using process.
