At present observations of the polarization of galactic radioemission have become one of the im- portant methods of investigating the magnetic field, the ionized gas, and the cosmic electrons in inter- stellar space. In order to obtain the maximum amount of information on the interstellar medium it is necessary to perform polarization measurements in as wide a frequency range as possible.
