Modeling Objects and Processes in GIS by Fuzzy Temporal Graphs

In this paper the concepts of a strongly connected fuzzy temporal graph and a fuzzy set of strong connectivity are introduced. Fuzzy temporal graph is generalization of a fuzzy graph on the one hand, and a temporal graph on the other hand. In this graph the incidence of graph vertices is changed in the discrete time. Fuzzy temporal graph is offered to use as a model in GIS. A method is proposed for finding a fuzzy set of strong connectivity. An example of finding a fuzzy set of strong connection of a fuzzy temporal graph is considered too.
