Step by step right colectomy and intracorporeal stapled side-to-side ileocolic anastomosis- A video vignette.

The purpose of this video is to show how to perform a step-by-step standard right colectomy and intracorporeal stapled ileocolic anastomosis under oncological principles. We present the case of an 80 years old woman who presented with intermitent abdominal pain, American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) score II and a previous cholecystectomy. The colonoscopy showed a 3cm, non-obstructive exophytic ulcerated lesion next to the ileocaecal valve. CT scan did not find disseminated disease and only revealed thickening of the caecal Wall.
