Tradición y renovación en la testamentifacción bonaerense del siglo XIX

espanolLa primera parte de la presente investigacion se publico en la Revista Electronica Ano 1 - No 2, 2008. En esta abordamos, con la misma metodologia de trabajo, lo concerniente a los sujetos testamentarios (testadores, legatarios, herederos y albaceas) senalando, en torno de ellos, la supervivencia de la tradicion y el impacto de la renovacion decimononica. Los protocolos notariales constituyeron la fuente directa o primaria donde abrevamos y los resultados obtenidos estan expuestos de manera cuali-cuantitativa como lo demuestran los cuadros numericos intercalados en el texto. EnglishThe first part of this investigation was published in the Electronic Review, Year 1 - No 2, 2008. In this work, we approach, with the same methodology, to the testamentary subjects (testators, legatees, heirs and executors) pointing out, in lathe of them, the survival of the tradition and the impact of the Nineteenth century renovation. The notarial protocols constituted the direct or primary source where we water, and the results obtained are exposed in a cuali-quantitative way in the numeric squares inserted in the text.
