Failure analysis and solution of forging parts manufactured by horizontal forging machine

Taking the 1250T horizontal forging machine as an example,the process characteristics of this machine have been introduced in the text.The failures like poor straightness of rod,pad injury,folding and mismatch of tool in the daily production have been analyzed and the solution has been put forward.
