Water based mold release composition containing poly(siloxane-glycol)surfactant

PURPOSE: To well take out a polyurethane foam part from a mold without being accompanied by the flaw of a surface and/or an inner layer by using a poly(siloxane-glycol) surfactant having a specific structural formula. CONSTITUTION: A water based mold release compsn. for producing a polyurethane foam product containing an aq. emulsion or dispersion of at least one substance facilitating mold releasing, desirably, at least one emulsifier contains a (siloxane-glycol) surfactant having a cloud point at 25-50°C in an amt. of about 0.5-15% by wt. of the aq. compsn. The pref. surfactant is represented by the formula I (wherein is 1-10; m is 5-50; n is 5-50; and m:n is within a range of 1:4-4:1; R 3 is an org. capping group; x is 1-150; y is 1-40 and x:y is within a range of 3:1-20:1).
