The invention discloses a floating supporter for blocks of an ocean platform, which comprises two oppositely arranged continuous box beam piston shoes and a plurality of bottom transverse continuous box beams arranged between and fixedly connected with the two continuous box beam piston shoes. Two oppositely arranged top vertical continuous box beams are arranged in inclined upper direction of the continuous box beam piston shoes and a plurality of top transverse continuous box beams fixedly connected with the top vertical continuous box beams are arranged between the two top vertical continuous box beams. A plurality of support columns are arranged between the top vertical continuous box beams and the continuous box beam piston shoes. The support columns are fixedly connected with the top vertical continuous box beams and the continuous box beam piston shoes respectively. The top vertical continuous box beams are provided with connecting members matched with the blocks to be installed, corresponding to the support columns.
