Analysis of polymorphism of MHC-DQB1 gene and resistance to hydatidosis in Dolang sheep.

Polymorphisms of the second exon of MHC-DQB1 gene were investigated by PCR-RFLP technique at the six loci of 101 healthy and 64 infectious with hydatidosis Dolang sheep,The results showed that the extensive polymorphisms of the second exon of MHC-DQB1 gene were found at MroxⅠ,ScaⅠ,Sac1I,TaqⅠ,HaeIII and MvaⅠ,which were controlled by 2,2,3,2,3 and 6 alleles,respectively.,and 3,3,5,2,5 and 14 kinds of genotypes were identified. By analyzing allele and genotype frequencies between healthy and infectious sheep,we found MvaⅠD(P0.01) were resistant to hydatidosis,and the genotypes of MvaⅠDDand MvaⅠCD (P0.05) were highly resistant to hydatidosis. while that of MvaⅠBZ(P0.05) were associated with susceptibility of hydatidosis.
