Broadband Point Modeling of Equivalent Dipoles Based On Differential Evolution Algorithm

In engineering applications, we often measure the magnetic amplitude of the integrated circuits (ICs) noise with commercial scanning system. With the help of differential algorithm (DE), we can acquire the accurate equivalent dipole model based on the magnetic amplitude. In order to improve the optimization efficiency of the DE and save the computational resources of commercial full-wave simulation software, we fix the location of the dipoles which can be used in broadband point modeling. We demonstrate the effectiveness of this method by comparing the fitness and coupling power of the magnetic field of ICs noise and its equivalent dipole model.
