The utility model discloses an extension-type refrigerator which comprises a refrigerator enclosure, an inner container, and storage shelves arranged inside the inner container. The extension-type refrigerator is characterized in that the refrigerator enclosure comprises a front shell, a back shell and an extension part arranged between the front shell and the back shell; the periphery of the inner container is arranged to be a sectional type push-pull structure; the storage shelves are arranged to be sectional type push-pull structures which are linked with the sectional type push-pull structures of the four sides of the inner container; the refrigerator is further provided with a telescopic positioning shaft which is used for fixing the inner container and the refrigerator enclosure when the inner container and the refrigerator enclosure stretch to the preset positions; and the telescopic positioning shaft is arranged between the refrigerator enclosure and the inner container. By adopting extension-type structure, the refrigerator can be extended or drawn back according to the amount of articles stored inside the refrigerator. Therefore, electric energy can be saved and resource waste can be reduced.
