2P-102 : Cellulose-assisted Dispersion of Carbon Nanotubes

2020
Carbon nanotube (CNTs) have attracted much attention because of their high electrical conductivity and light weightness. In this study, we introduce the method to disperse CNTs using cellulose nanofibers (CNFs). CNTs were dispersed with only CNFs in aqueous solution without any other surfactant. CNT/CNF solution can be printed onto substrate and it shows a resistivity of less than 10 mohm.cm. We analyze the structure and morphology of CNT/CNF solution and printing. Also, this CNT-based ink is printable on various substrate such as film and paper. We expect this CNT/CNF solution be used as a material for flexible label.
