Lupus Eritematoso Sistêmico Bolhoso: relato de caso

Objetivo: Relato de caso associado a revisao de artigos cientificos, cuja importância se sustenta por ser o Lupus Eritematoso Sistemico uma desordem potencialmente fatal e as erupcoes vesicobolhosas do Lupus, uma dermatose bolhosa rara. Discussao: O Lupus Eritematoso Sistemico e importante, pois e uma desordem potencialmente fatal ja que compromete componentes fundamentais do sistema imune. As erupcoes bolhosas sao manifestacoes cutâneas raras no lupus eritematoso (LE). No presente relato foram observadas alteracoes inflamatorias e hematologicas que coincidem com manifestacao sistemica. A importância esta no fato de que, apesar de nao ser doenca comum sua cronicidade leva ao acumulo de casos nos ambulatorios clinicos. Alem disso, embora haja boa evolucao na maioria dos casos, a demora no inicio do tratamento pode levar a cicatrizes desfigurantes, afetando muito a integracao social do paciente. O prognostico do LES bolhoso depende da evolucao da doenca; na maioria dos casos apresenta duracao inferior a um ano, com remissao sem complicacoes. Conclusao: No caso apresentado a idade de inicio nao coincide com a literatura que indica entre 20 a 59 anos, sendo raro na infância e na velhice. Ressalta-se assim a relevância do estudo, ja que por ser uma dermatose bolhosa rara, poucos casos sao descritos nesta faixa etaria. (AU) Objectives: Case report associated with a review of scientific articles whose importance is explained by the systemic lupus erythematosus (LES) disease which is potentially mortal and also by the presence of vesiculobullous eruptions, a rare bullous dermatosis. Discussion: The systemic lupus erythematosus is important due to being a potentially mortal disease affecting the immune system fundamental components. The bullous eruptions are rare cutaneous manifestation in the lupus erythematosus. In the present report, inflammatory and hematologic alterations were observed corroborating with systemic manifestation. Despite of being rare, its chronicity increases the number of cases in the ambulatories. Although most of the cases evolves well, the delay in the beginning of the treatment can cause disfiguring scars, affecting the patient´s social life. The LES´s prognostic depends on the evolution of the disease which in most of the cases lasts less than one year, remitting without complications. Conclusions: In this report, the onset age is different from the literature which shows between 20 to 59 years, being rare in childhood and oldness. This case report stands out because it is a rare disease with few cases in this age. (AU)
