Provided is a heat dissipation solar cell back membrane. One surface of a first insulating layer is coated with a layer easy to bond, the other surface of the first insulating layer is coated with a first insulating adhesive layer, a high-thermal-conductivity layer is arranged on the surface of the first insulating adhesive layer in a recombination mode, the other surface of the high-thermal-conductivity layer is coated with a second insulating adhesive layer, a second insulating layer is arranged on the surface of the second insulating adhesive layer in a recombination mode, the surface of the second insulating layer is coated with a fluorine membrane layer or provided with a fluorine membrane layer in a recombination mode, the volume resistivity of the first insulating layer or the second insulating layer is higher than 5*1013 ohmms, and the high-thermal-conductivity layer is a synthetic graphite flake or a natural graphite flake. The heat dissipation solar cell back membrane has a good heat dissipation effect, can effectively lower the temperature of a solar silicon wafer during power generation and improves power generation efficiency.
