Analysis and Research on Complex System of Power Grid Company Assets Management pattern and subsystem under the Optimum of Overall Situation

The complex assets management information system under the global optimum is mainly aimed at the current situation of Power Grid Company and realizes the whole process and lean management of assets from the three aspects of organizational structure, rules and regulations and integrated information platform with the help of the full-service data center. This paper mainly analyzes the complex information system of assets management from two aspects: pattern content and information subsystem.
