The invention relates to the field of electronic tags, and discloses a UHF-RFID tag and a method for setting parameters through HF radio frequency. The UHF-RFID tag comprises a micro-control module, a UHF-RFID module, an HF-RFID module and a key module that are connected with the micro-control module separately; the micro-control module is used for reading a characteristic value from the HF-RFID module according to a key operating signal of the key module, configuring a corresponding working mode according to the characteristic value, and controlling the external sending data of the UHF-RFID module according to the working mode; the UHF-RFID module is used for receiving the controlled external sending data of the micro-control module through the a UHF radio frequency circuit; the HF-RFID module is used for receiving the characteristic value and storing the characteristic value through an HF radio frequency circuit, and reading the stored characteristic value through the HF radio frequency circuit; and the key module is used for receiving a key operation from a user and transferring the key operation signal to the micro-control module. According to the UHF-RFID tag and the method provided by the invention, the power loss of the tag is reduced, and the service life of the tag is prolonged.
