Metodologia multicritério para classificar as empresas de transporte rodoviário interestadual semiurbano de passageiros por nível de serviço

The semi-urban interstate bus passenger service between the Federal District and the municipalities of their surroundings daily carries thousands of users. This service needs to be provided with quality, as should consider the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This work aimed to build a model of evaluation of the quality of services provided by companies to sort them by level of service. The work was mainly carried out in two stages: construction of the evaluation model with the use of Multi Criteria Methodology Decision Support – Constructivist (MCDA-C); and verify the applicability of the model, therefore we conducted a case study with the application forms with the users. The results were consistent and indicated that the methodology can be used to classify the companies operating the semi-urban interstate transportation of passenger service of the Federal District and its surrounding municipalities.
