Teaching Based on Experience Cooperation:A New Thinking of School-Based Teacher Training

Based on the background of new curriculum reform and teacher development in China,this paper gives a school-based teacher training framework.In this framework,teaching is based on experience cooperation.The author put forward a systematic theoretical framework for the approach of this kind of teaching,including its concept,sources of the theory,effects on teachers and its' practical feasibility.
