The invention provides a gas burner of a supersonic speed blow lamp. The gas burner comprises a body burner (10), an ignition device (20) and a head injector (30), wherein the body burner (10) is provided with a combustion chamber (11) which is provided with a first gas inlet (12) and a first gas exhaust port (13), the ignition device (20) is arranged on the body burner (10), the head injector (30) is arranged on the body burner (10) and positioned at the first gas inlet (12), the head injector (30) comprises an oxygen jet orifice (31), an air jet orifice (32) and a first fuel jet orifice (33), and the oxygen jet orifice (31), the air jet orifice (32) and the first fuel jet orifice (33) all face toward the combustion chamber (11). The gas burner provided by the invention can be used for more conveniently controlling the temperature of gas jetted out of the combustion chamber.
