Method of treating circuit board film-removal organic waste water

2015
The invention discloses a method of treating circuit board film-removal organic waste water and relates to the technical field of waste water treatment. The method includes following steps: S1) regulating the circuit board film-removal organic waste water through inorganic acid until pH is 2.5-3.5, decreasing the temperature to environmental temperature and performing filtration; S2) adding 2-20 g of activated carbon and 0.5-5 g of FeSO4.7H2O to per 100 g of the filtered organic waste water, and slowly adding dropwisely 50-100 g of hydrogen peroxide being more than 27% in mass concentration under a stirring condition, and performing a stirring reaction for 4-5 h; and S3) regulating the pH of the solution after the hydrogen peroxide reaction through an inorganic alkaline solution to 8.0-8.5, and decreasing the temperature to environmental temperature and performing filtration. Compared with a conventional Fenton method, the method in the invention is significantly improved in oxidization reaction efficiency just by addition of a little of activated carbon. The method is more than 90% in removal rate of COD, is free of any other reagents, is low in cost and simple in operations, and is free of introduction of secondary pollution.
