Terminal device, network device and paging message transmission method

The present invention relates to the technical field of wireless communications, and particularly to a terminal device, network device and paging message transmission method for addressing a problem in which currently a processing manner is inflexible because the network device transmits a paging message with the same processing method for different coverage enhancement levels. The terminal device provided in an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a processing module configured to determine the coverage enhancement level of the terminal device, and determine, according to the determined coverage enhancement level of the terminal device, wireless resources used by receiving a paging message transmitted by the network device; and a receiving module configured to receive, on the wireless resources determined by the processing module, the paging message transmitted by the network device. The paging message is transmitted according to the coverage enhancement level of the terminal device and by using different wireless resources. Thus processing is more flexible.
