The utility model discloses a separation, liquefaction and purification device of carbon dioxide, which belongs to the field of gas-liquid separation equipment and is composed of a separation and liquefaction unit and a purification unit. The separation and liquefaction unit comprises a compressing device C1, a first heat exchanger H1, a second heat exchanger H2 and a gas-liquid separater which are in series connection. A liquid pump is in bridge joint to the gas-liquid separator S1 and the first heat exchanger H1, or successive separating stages are further connected behind the gas-liquid separator S1 of a first stage compressing separation device, and an expansion turbine T1 is connected behind a last successive separating stage. The purification unit is formed by a preposed pressure regulating valve V1, a preposed temperature regulator T3, a rectifying column R1, a rear pressure regulating valve V2 and a rear temperature regulator T4 which are in series connection. The preposed pressure regulating valve V1 is connected to the first heat exchanger H1, and an integral separation, liquefaction and purification device of the carbon dioxide is formed. The separation, liquefaction and purification device of the carbon dioxide achieves great reduction of energy consumption of the whole carbon dioxide recycle, obtains liquid carbon dioxide products with high purity, and meets the requirements for mass transportation and encapsulation of the carbon dioxide.
