The invention discloses a method for analyzing a measured drawing of a part. The method comprises the steps that comparing drawings comprising a theoretical electronic drawing and the measured drawing of the part are obtained, the comparing drawings can be displayed on a user interface partially or wholly, wherein the contour of the theoretical electronic drawing comprises a plurality of theoretical lines, and the contour of the measured drawing comprises a plurality of measured lines; and the deviation size data of the comparing drawings are obtained. According to the method, the contour shape of the measured drawing of the part is compared with the theoretical electronic drawing, various shape parameters such as diameter, distance, angles and curvature are measured, then interactive data processing is carried out in the user interface, various modes are used for image comparing, data parameters in image comparing are subjected to displaying in modes such as imaging and listing, and accordingly whether the machined part meets the requirement is judged from the measured drawing accurately and clearly.
