The construction of Public Video Service Platform base on IPV6

On the basis of the current situation of streaming media application, this article analyses the limitations of traditional streaming video service platform. Seeing that present defect oft application of traditional streaming media. On the one hand, it introduces IPV6 network into Public Video Service Platform, which guarantees the reliable transmission of streaming media. On the other hand, this paper sets out from the construction status of public video service platform, aiming to create a logical clearness and complete functions public video service platform with leisure, entertainment and study in one body on the Internet, which will provide video on demand services for online users free of charge.
